Horizontal Screen: BCE’s horizontal screen design is proven in mining ore and mineral applications. Custom-engineered designs may include side tensioned wire mesh screen decks. Multiple sizing decks (on a single unit), explosion-proof motors, and variable frequency drives are important high-performance options. The wide variety of screening decks gives you improved performance for processing that follows size reduction of mills or crushers. There are numerous factors to consider when a selecting screening equipment such as particle shape and size, feed rate, distribution, moisture content, bulk density, number of products to be screened, method of loading, etc.
For each particular application there is an optimum combination of amplitude, frequency, and attack angle. The major benefits of horizontal screens include lower overall height and more-efficient fine wet processing. The improvement in fine wet screening is attributed to forcing near-size material through the openings with a water spray. Body: Body of a vibrating screen consists of a base frame and screen supporting structure. The base frame is welded using heavy channels and angles. Screen supporting structure and screen is made from wear resistant coil steel.
Spring: Suitable helical coiled springs are provided with the vibrating screen. Entire screen holding structure is supported by these springs. Special care has been taken to manufacture these springs which bear entire load along with continuous vibratory process. These springs can easily be replaced by new ones when required.
Driving Motor: The foundation frame of driving motor is provided by projection on one side of the vibrating screen and supports from base frame are also provided to hold the motor foundation. The size of motor varies as per the size of vibrating screen.
Screen: The screens are made from special coiled sheets to provide sufficient resistance to excess wear and tear. The hole of screening surface can be made as per the requirements of customers. For each deck, screen surface is made from single sheet metal and stretched lengthwise to provide robust constructional service. Number of screening surface depends upon the number of decks of the screen. The inclination is given to the screen according to suitability of work.
No. of Decks: Normally 2, 3 or 4 deck vibrating screens are provided against special request. In case of 3 or 4 deck vibrating screen one special collecting (discharge) hopper is also provided in our design.
Circular Screen: BCE gyratory screen motion is the most effective method for screening. It is reliable and economical continuous process equipment, which provides solution for various needs such as screening, sifting, classification, grading oversize or undersize removal de-dusting, de-watering, de-lumping ,fiber recovery, filtration, pre-filtration, scalping etc.,
Vibro screen is driven by a special type of vertically mounted heavy duty energy efficient motor eccentric at the upper & lower end of the shaft. Rotation of unbalanced top weight causes vibration in horizontal plane whereas the rotation of lower weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane. By changing their lead angle, various spiral screening patterns are obtained to suit different applications.
Anti-Blinding Devices: Ball Tray Anti-Blinding Device: Ball tray utilizes the multi-plane inertial vibration of the screener and bouncing elastomeric balls to prevent screen blinding. The device consists of two screens spaced sufficiently apart to allow captive elastomeric balls to bounce between the upper "operating" screen and the lower coarse-mesh "ball screen" for the purpose of dislodging near-size, dry materials lodged in the apertures of the upper screen.
Our ring tray screen, anti-blinding device screen rings are effective at preventing fibrous, stringy and sticky materials from blinding the screen. Multi-plane inertial vibration of the screener causes plastic rings to move continuously across a perforated stainless steel plate, shearing fibers and scraping away gummy materials. Because these are hollow, the rings promote product flow over the entire screen surface, maximizing screening efficiency.
